知名藝人周杰倫除了逐漸邁入「演」、「唱」俱佳的新境界之外,其積極經營的流行時尚店舖omni在歷經一年的成長之後,觸角也已經蔓延開來,此次週年慶活動 陸續推出了包括網帽、T-shirt、公仔等等的港台品牌聯名產品與展覽,隨著週年慶活動即將步入尾聲,對於球鞋文化也頗多著墨的omni店舖,先是舉辦 了藝人手繪球鞋公益拍賣,再與台灣的知名球鞋網站勘履者聯手,以杰倫親自設計的Jay Dunk二代為主打,同時推出兩款聯名T-shirt,成立已經五年的勘履者網站,以每日數十萬次的瀏覽率送出了許多青少年朋友渴望的流行新資訊,尤其 omni店舖主理人ric固定於網站PhD專區所分享的一手資訊,讓人更易於了解杰倫對於流行文化的用心。
The famous artist Jay Chou is broadening his territory now. Apart from his new achievement in acting and singing fields, the fashion shop OMNI, which is managed by Jay, is spreading its roots to many aspects after one year of grand opening. In this Anniversary of OMNI, it launches a variety of co-branding products and exhibition with HK and TW brands, including limited goods like trucker hats, T-shirt, toys and so on. With the end of anniversary is approaching, after the charity project of the hand drawn upper sneakers by famous artists, OMNI, which is deeply involved in sneaker culture, joins hand in hand with the famous sneaker website KENLU.NET in TW and launches two crossover T-shirts and Jay Dunk designed by Jay himself. KENLU.NET is established in 2001; with the click rate of million times a day, it delivers the latest fashion information for generationext. The host of OMNI “RIC” is one of the columnists on KENLU.NET and shares the latest information in the Ph.D. section on KENLU.NET, which presents the dedication of Jay’s devotion in fashion industry.
Jay Dunk 二代的設計主要承襲自去年的上一代款式的設計原素,杰倫以自己最喜愛的飲料品牌Logo配色為靈感,鞋身刻意挑選由亮皮與高質感真皮組成,不同特性的對比 素材,營造出屬於Jay風格的嶄新tone調,所有設計都由杰倫親赴日本nike iD studio所選出,不同於一般市面發售鞋款的材質與配色,搭配上omni的獨特附件,讓Jay Dunk二代處處顯得與眾不同。
Jay Dunk II design inspiration mainly inherits the elements of Jay Dunk I. With the color arrangement of Jay’s favorite drink brand, the upper is composed by genuine and shinny leather. With the different material comparison, it creates the tone that exclusively for Jay. Especially, all the design is managed by Jay from the nike iD studio in Japan. Unlike the General Release shoes, with the unique accessory of OMNI, Jay Dunk II is the extraordinary shoes among all.
而杰倫在構思本次聯名T-shirt設計主題時,再一次發揮才子本色,大筆一揮就在餐廳名片上畫出了這款「鐵人黑金」的T-shirt的設計,頂著可愛娃娃 頭的鐵人就像是杰倫音樂之中常用的sample技巧,由看似不相關的生活角落之中擷取片段,這些元素在他手上卻能展現出獨特的Jay式風格,「花時間做自 己」是杰倫一直以來的信念,娃娃頭的確可愛,但也要有鐵金剛的實力,才能讓手上的指揮棒擁有憾動流行樂壇的力量。另外一件與勘履者網站所提供的設計,是從 omni與勘履者所共同喜好的球鞋元素為發想,整體設計由「熱愛球鞋的魚」為設計靈感,據設計者EDtrigger表示,從小就對美人魚的故事印象深刻, 對最後一切化作泡沫的悲劇結局更是感慨,本件T-shirt的設計重點就在表達不斷追求理想境界的意念,誰說小魚不能喜歡球鞋呢!即使是最後會化成泡沫, 每個人都應勇於表達自我的主張。
While composing the co-brand T-shirts, Jay presents his talent with this scheme and draws the blue print of the design idea of the T-shirt on a business card of a restaurant. The theme comes from the idea about a robot with a lovely baby portrait. It is a sign of his music style - sample. With different and irrelevant sections in life, these elements present the unique J - style. “Being yourself seriously” is the all-time belief of Jay. The lovely baby portrait is the mask of the tough robot that commands the pop music industry greatly, and deeply. Another project of T-shirt is developed by OMNI and KENLU. The inspiration is from the indicator of street fashion – sneakers, which results in the design about “a fish that love sneakers”. According to the designer EDtrigger, the fairy tale “the little mermaid” has left him a deep impression in his childhood. The tragic ending of turning into bubbles is awful, but also stunned people with the experience of chasing dreams. The main idea of this T-shirt is all about the idea of chasing dreams continually. Who said a fish cannot get into the love for sneakers? Even if it would turn into bubbles, we should stand on ourselves bravely and declare our Ph.D.
著重塗鴉與街頭藝術風格的紐西蘭知名品牌Republic服飾, 將於11/10在紐西蘭舉辦產品發表會以及相關的鞋展活動, 杰倫也受邀展出親筆簽名Jay Dunk 2, 鞋展同時會由主辦單位SoleJam.com及紐西蘭的trademe拍賣網站舉辦公益拍賣, 拍賣所得全額將捐給紐西蘭血液基金會.
SOLEJAM SNEAKER EXHIBITION @ REPUBLIC X TMD Street Artist Collaboration Launch Night Event will also has Jay Dunk 2 as a special feature on 11/10 at New-Zealand. A pair of Jay Dunk 2 which is autographed by Jay Chou will be auctioned on tradme.co.nz for charity. The final selling price is going to be donated to The Haematology Trust Fund.
